These terms govern your use of the website at www.distrodash.com (the “Site”) and the DistroDash early access mailing list. By using the Site or subscribing to the mailing list, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or attempts to exploit vulnerabilities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or associated systems
• Copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of the Site’s content without written permission

Early access list

Joining the early access list is not a contract for services and does not create any obligation for us to provide DistroDash to you. It indicates your interest in being notified about the product and receiving related content.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Unsubscribing removes you from all future communications.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product designs, mockups, graphics, and logos — is owned by DistroDash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

No warranty

The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, availability, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DistroDash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the early access list.

Third-party services

The Site integrates with third-party services (currently Buttondown for the mailing list and Google Analytics for usage measurement). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
