About DistroDash
DistroDash is a workflow platform for indie film distributors. Replaces spreadsheets and email for collecting deliverables from producers.
Every acquisition deal comes with a delivery schedule buried in the contract. Between 40 and 80 items: video masters, M&E, key art, chain of title, E&O, music cue sheets, and dozens more. The bulk of the minimum guarantee doesn’t move until every one of them is delivered and accepted.
Nobody has built software specifically for this workflow, so it gets tracked in spreadsheets, chased through email chains, and stored across shared Dropbox folders. Weeks disappear into wrong formats, mono audio, flat key art, expired paperwork.
We’re building the tool that fixes this.
The team is small. We’ve spent months talking to distributors, sales agents, and producers about how the process actually runs. Early access partners are welcome.
